What is FilMonitor and how does account monitoring work?
FilMonitor is a real-time monitoring service for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 trading accounts. A lightweight collector EA runs in your terminal and streams balance, equity, drawdown, margin level and open positions to the server — you see all your accounts on one screen of your phone or computer, wherever the terminal runs.
How is FilMonitor different from Myfxbook and FX Blue?
The key difference is instant alerts and mobility: push notifications to your phone, Telegram and email on drawdown, low margin level, new positions or closed trades. The app installs on iPhone and Android as a PWA, and your account data stays private — it is never published in public rankings.
What notifications does the service send?
Drawdown above a threshold, low margin level (stop-out risk), new open position, trade closed with profit or loss, deposits and withdrawals, lost terminal connection and frozen EA. Thresholds are configurable and any alert can be turned off.
Is it safe? Do I need to share my trading account passwords?
No account or broker passwords are required. The collector EA is read-only: it cannot open or close trades. Data is sent to your account via a personal API key, and the dashboard is protected by your login and password.
How much does monitoring cost?
One trading account is free forever, with no time limit. For multiple accounts there is a Pro plan; early invited members get full Pro access for free.
How do I install the app on iPhone or Android?
FilMonitor is a PWA: open the site in Safari or Chrome and tap Share → Add to Home Screen. The icon appears next to your regular apps — no App Store or Google Play needed, and push notifications work.
Which brokers and terminals are supported?
Any broker that offers MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 — the EA runs inside the terminal itself and does not depend on the broker. Regular and cent accounts are supported, with any number of terminals and VPS.
Can I show my account to an investor or watch someone else's account?
Yes. Every account gets a read-only public link you can share with an investor. The Partners mode also lets you watch colleagues' accounts on your own dashboard once they grant access.
